Administrators can set granular access rights, restrict printing and downloads, set document expiry dates and apply personalized watermarks. Documents can be indexed automatically or from an existing index, while ZIP uploads are unpacked automatically. The browser interface needs no plugin or software installation; iOS and Android tablet apps can open documents and, where permissions allow, store them for offline reading. Administrators can access audit-proof activity reports and export data, logs and the room index. A free 14-day trial ends automatically without creating a payment obligation. Plans include one project per data room and unlimited users. Essential costs €490 a month and includes 500 MB; Professional costs €790 a month and includes 5 GB; Premium costs €1.19 a month and includes unlimited storage subject to fair use.
