NetLock RMM
NetLock RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform for endpoint administration, with Windows, Linux, macOS and Android agents and a browser-based console. It can run on infrastructure you host yourself or through the vendor’s cloud, hosted in Germany, North America or Australia. Remote tools include desktop control, shell access, file management, event logs and encrypted relay tunnels. Monitoring and automation cover sensors, alerts, scheduled jobs, scripts, patching and software deployment. A built-in ticket system handles user or inbound email requests, with ticket history, time tracking and SLA management. The server exposes a REST API at /v1, and listed integrations include SMTP, Teams webhooks, Telegram, ntfy.sh, identity providers, software catalogues and AI providers. The core is AGPL-3.0 licensed; the maker says it has no hidden telemetry or analytics trackers. Community Edition is free for up to 25 devices. Pro is €55 a month, and a 14-day trial is listed.
