Nuvo
Nuvo is a web-based order-to-cash system for businesses that trade physical goods. It brings together customer onboarding, credit decisions, risk management, accounts receivable, and collections. Its digital applications collect and verify customer information in real time, then create profiles for review and approval; teams can tailor application fields, wording, terms, and workflows to different customer types. Nuvo Intelligence includes agents for onboarding, monitoring, cash application, and collections that operate under customer-defined policies. The AR Suite includes Wallet, Pay and Reconcile, and Collections, which can also be used separately. Customers can view and pay invoices through a branded portal, while the Cash Application Agent matches payments to open invoices. Nuvo says the suite syncs invoice, payment, balance, and exception data with a supplier’s ERP. Its Trade Graph uses business relationships, transactions, and trading behavior. The service is paid, with pricing on request, and requires a subscription under a separate agreement. Nuvo says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and audited annually.
