Newforma Project Center vs RIB Project

Newforma Project Center is an on-premise Project Information Management solution for architecture, engineering, construction, and owner/operator firms. It brings project data and email from applications, platforms, and storage locations into a centralized view where teams can search for information. Project email can be accessible and searchable to the whole team. Document-control tools support issuing packages, managing revisions, and tracking status; the Contract Management Edition automates workflows for RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Project Center Connectors exchange information with existing tools and feed the centralized view. Listed integrations include Autodesk ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Procore, Bluebeam Studio, Bentley ProjectWise, and others. Communication between Project Center Servers and Info Exchange is encrypted with digital certificates. Clients must be connected to a Project Center Server and do not work without an active connection. Mobile apps are free to download, but customers need Tenth Edition or higher to use them; each app may be used on one project at no charge, while additional projects require an applicable subscription unless unlimited access is provided.
