Nexvork is an AI-powered real estate CRM for brokerages, property developers and independent agents in India. It combines lead scoring and property matching with automated follow-up, lead routing, lead import and email marketing. Its AI uses more than 50 behavioral signals to score leads, with scores updated every 60 seconds; property matching also uses behavioral signals to rank prospects and listings. A unified inbox brings WhatsApp, email, SMS and web chat together, and mobile apps are listed for iOS and Android. Teams can build no-code workflows with branching logic, delays, conditions and AI decision nodes. Integrations include property portals, accounting tools and payment services such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Tally, Razorpay and PayU. Developers have a REST API, event webhooks, and SDKs for Node, Python and PHP. Nexvork says its platform is hosted in India, with workspace isolation and daily backups; its privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews. Pricing is on request. There is no free plan, but the 14-day trial offers full access without a credit card.
