NinjaOne

NinjaOne is a cloud-based IT operations platform for endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access. It is designed for IT teams and managed service providers monitoring, protecting, and managing endpoints. Its RMM features include real-time monitoring and alerts, automated patching, endpoint task automation, and condition-based auto-remediation. NinjaOne says its RMM can patch Windows, macOS, and Linux and update more than 200 third-party applications. Mobile device management covers Android and Apple devices, with enrollment, policy controls, and real-time visibility. Backup is available for endpoints, servers, and SaaS, with compliance support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Named integrations include CrowdStrike, Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, SentinelOne, Slack, Okta, and Splashtop. The company states that it is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized, SOC 2 compliant, and ISO 27001 certified, and advertises free, unlimited support plus 24x7 support localized in seven languages. A 14-day trial is offered. Pricing is on request; the listed endpoint management plan starts at $1.50 a month per device at 10,000 endpoints and increases to 3.75 USD at 50 or fewer endpoints.

Open Network Diagram

Open Network Diagram is a free, self-hosted tool for visualizing and managing home lab and network architecture. It provides network, Hosts & VMs, and rack views for mapping topology and inventory, including subnets, VLANs, virtual machines and rack positions. Connections can record cable type, colour and length. Its IPAM panel reports subnet utilization, detects duplicate addresses and suggests the next free IP. The application keeps JSON as its source of truth; self-hosted changes autosave, writes are persisted atomically, and rolling backups retain the last five files. Deployment is Docker-first, with writable data volumes and Docker Compose support. The runtime exposes GET and PUT operations at /api/network-data, and published Docker images support AMD64 and 64-bit ARM, including Raspberry Pi systems. The project is licensed under GNU GPL v3 and has no runtime dependency on external APIs. It does not include authentication or TLS. The project warns that topology details may expose sensitive infrastructure information and advises restricting access or using an authenticated TLS-terminating reverse proxy.
