Overview

Niti brings several commercial functions into one SaaS platform, with solutions spanning pharma, OTC, animal health, hospitals, crop health, devices and key accounts. The maker describes customers with field teams from 50 to more than 10,000 representatives, suggesting a focus on organizations with meaningful operational scale rather than a small team seeking a simple contact-management app. Its Android, iOS and web support covers both mobile field work and browser-based use.

Key features

Niti SFA covers tour planning, doctor visits, attendance, daily call reporting, targets, expenses, leave and retail chemist prescription audits. Offline recording and later synchronization are particularly useful for representatives working where network access is unreliable. Territory management, HCP profiles and sample management add further field-sales tools. This scope can suit teams that need more than visit logging, though the broad workflow set may be unnecessary for buyers seeking only a lightweight sales app.

Niti DMS manages distributor inventory, orders, primary and secondary sales, claims, schemes, pricing, retailer operations and sales analytics. It can connect with Tally and other accounting software to pick up secondary orders, while the broader platform is designed to integrate with existing ERP, accounting and analytics systems. That combination is relevant to companies trying to connect field activity with distribution operations; the practical fit will depend on how those integrations accommodate existing processes.

Niti D2C connects pharmaceutical companies with healthcare professionals, pharmacies and institutions for ordering and engagement. Its tools include personalized content, engagement analytics, virtual events, KYC and loyalty features. Chanakya AI adds sales-intelligence chat, automated follow-ups, stock-photo OCR, voice sales coaching and AI-driven learning. Together these features extend the product beyond field-force administration, making it more relevant to organizations that want digital engagement as well as sales operations.

The homepage displays ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II labels, and the terms describe reasonable safeguards for customer data. Customer data remains the customer's property; after termination, it can be exported within 15 days before permanent deletion. Basic phone support runs Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with email support 24/7. Training, data cleanup and integrations require a separate Statement of Work, so buyers should account for professional-services work in addition to the subscription.

Pricing

Niti is paid, with custom pricing and a free trial. The terms refer to both free and paid trials and say customer data may not be maintained after a trial ends if the customer does not subscribe, so trial users should plan how to preserve any needed data before the trial concludes. There are no published plan tiers, seat quotas or subscription terms to compare; buyers should request a quote suited to their team and confirm whether training, data cleanup or integrations will require separate fees.

Platforms

Niti supports Android, iOS and web. The mobile apps align with its field-sales workflows, including offline activity capture and later sync; the web platform provides another access route for office-based commercial operations.

Who it's for

Niti is a strong candidate for FMCG and pharma businesses that need field-force workflows, distributor operations and healthcare-professional engagement to work together. Its stated coverage of adjacent sectors—including animal health, hospitals and crop health—may also make it worth considering for organizations operating in those markets. Smaller teams with a narrow requirement, or buyers who need a clearly priced self-serve product, should compare more focused tools before committing.

Pros and cons

Broad commercial coverage: SFA, distributor management and HCP engagement sit within one platform, useful when a company needs those workflows coordinated.
Offline field work: Representatives can capture calls and activities without a connection and sync later.
Integration options: Tally support and stated ERP, accounting and analytics integrations can connect sales operations to existing systems.
Custom pricing: Buyers cannot compare a published subscription price or plan limits before engaging with the maker.
Separate service scope: Training, data cleanup and integrations require a separate Statement of Work, potentially adding work beyond the core subscription.

Alternatives

Pharmaceutical CRM Software is a useful starting point for comparing products in the category.

Veribase Pharma CRM/CLM is worth comparing if a free plan is the priority; its listed Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans are all priced at no cost, and it supports Android, iOS, web and Windows. FForce is another paid option on Android, iOS and web, from a maker whose corporate history says it was founded in 1998 and whose address is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

OptCRM Pharma SFA may suit buyers looking for a paid pharma SFA with a free trial and a listed Pharma SFA plan at 3.00 USD per month. PharmaMonitor offers a Starter plan at 299.00 INR per month, billed ₹299/MR/month, with a minimum of 10 MRs or a flat ₹20,000/month floor for smaller teams; it also offers a free trial and supports Android, iOS, web and API.

Proxima Cloud CRM is an alternative for buyers considering a published monthly price: its Basic Plan is 55.00 USD per month, billed per user per month, and includes an AI chatbot, admin panel, planning module, HCP/HCO management, CLM module and cycle-plan builder. SANeForce Pharma SFA has a free trial and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing; its Standard plan includes SFE reporting, an Android and iOS app, offline reporting with auto-sync, STP, MTP and DCR, and three dynamic reports.

Toolyt Pharma SFA may be relevant to buyers who prefer per-user pricing: its Grow plan is billed annually, requires a minimum of 10 users and includes lead and task management, Customer 360, geo-tagged visits, basic forms and reporting. Zoulte RouteX has a 14-day free trial and a minimum of 10 seats; its Operate plan is 299.00 INR per year, billed per rep/month annually, with GST applicable.

Verdict

Choose Niti if your FMCG or pharma operation needs field sales, distributor workflows and HCP engagement in one platform, especially when offline field work and integration with existing systems matter. Its main appeal is operational breadth; its main drawback is that custom pricing and separately scoped professional services make total cost and implementation effort harder to judge upfront. Buyers seeking a simpler, transparently priced tool should compare alternatives before proceeding.
