Sejda PDF Forms
Sejda PDF Forms creates fillable PDF documents from an existing PDF or a blank document. Form fields include text boxes, textareas, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, and signature boxes. Fields can be required, assigned character limits, set with alignment and font options, and arranged in tab order. Publishing creates a shareable, non-expiring link for others to fill and sign the form, then return it by email. Online uploads can come from Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, a web address, or a local computer. The free online service allows documents up to 200 pages or 50 MB and three tasks per hour. Sejda offers web and desktop access on Linux, macOS, and Windows. Desktop processes documents locally; online documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Sejda says it does not offer document storage, and published forms are saved in the user's Google Drive with public link access. Editing existing text in scanned documents is not supported, though new text, images, and annotations can be added. Paid options include a 5.00 USD one-time Web Week Pass and a $7.50 a month Web Monthly plan.
