Notion supports semantic search, AI search or answers, and version history. The Free plan costs $0 per member per month and includes trial AI capabilities and a trial of Notion AI. Free uploads are limited to 5 MB per file, multi-member Free workspaces have a limited number of blocks, and external guests are limited to 10. Plus costs $10 per member per month, and Business costs $20 per member per month; yearly payment saves up to 20%. Paid plans list unlimited guests. Sinequa
Sinequa is an enterprise agentic AI platform that connects organizational knowledge for search, assistants, and AI agents. Its retrieval combines vector, keyword, graph, structured, and multimodal methods. Sinequa says it supports more than 300 structured and unstructured formats, detects over 130 languages, and offers more than 200 pre-built connectors, including Google Drive, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amazon S3, and Microsoft OneDrive. Source-system permissions are inherited, limiting users and agents to authorized information. Assistants can search, analyze, summarize, brainstorm, and create content from internal data; agents can produce reports with reference trails. Deployment options are on premises, in a private cloud tenant, or as fully managed SaaS. Security features include AES-256 encryption at rest, encryption in transit, and an optional customer-managed key for search indexes. SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect support customer-selected identity providers. Sinequa lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA support. Pricing is on request.
