NP Ledger is cloud-based bookkeeping software for nonprofit teams, with native fund accounting and Form 990 preparation workflows. It tracks restricted, unrestricted, board-designated, and pass-through funds in one ledger, with reporting by fund and safeguards for restrictions. Tax workflows cover 990-N, 990-EZ, and full Form 990 preparation, including account mapping and worksheets for a tax preparer. Quick Entry, Voice Entry, receipt scanning, and contextual AI help are available to reduce manual transaction work. Guided migration supports QuickBooks Online history, Manager.io imports, and spreadsheet templates with preview and undo before posting. Bank feeds and imports, payment connections, and donation webhooks are listed. Plans include unlimited transactions, funds, and contacts. The page describes a 30-day trial, cancelable at any time, and a 60-minute sandbox that requires no card or email. Paid plans start at $29 per month; there is no free plan. NP Ledger has no native mobile app, but its responsive web app works on any device.
