Surveys can be delivered by email, SMS, websites, chat, apps, QR codes, and other external systems. For follow-up, the platform can notify employees and create tasks, reminders, and escalations in CRM or service systems. Its analysis features include translation, text analysis, sentiment detection, role-based dashboards, root-cause analysis, and an AI Feedback Assistant.
