Octorate
Octorate is a cloud hospitality platform for managing reservations and property operations across hotels, B&Bs, vacation rentals, hostels, campsites and other properties. Its PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine bring operational and booking tools together. The Channel Manager syncs rates, availability, content, messages and restrictions across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other channels. The Booking Engine supports direct website bookings with real-time availability, multilingual checkout and secure payments; the site advertises 0% commissions. OctoAgent handles guest messages on WhatsApp, email, OTA channels and phone around the clock, escalating requests with a priority and deadline. Its iOS and Android app covers reservations, calendars, rates, availability, check-in tasks, vouchers and daily operations. Octorate also lists payment processing, cleaning management and dynamic pricing. It provides API documentation and integration resources, and describes payment flows as PCI-DSS compliant, with PSD2/SCA and 3D Secure. The plans include a 14-day trial and no free plan. Pricing is on request; the Basic plan is listed from €8 per room per month, an example price for seven units.
Qovio
Qovio combines channel management and property operations for independent hosts and small property managers. It synchronizes reservations, availability and rates across connected booking services through real-time API links or iCal; named channels include Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Tripadvisor. Guests can book through a shareable link or website widget, with payments routed to the host’s Stripe account and no Qovio commission. A unified inbox gathers messages from Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, and AI can draft or send replies in a guest’s language. Cleaning tools provide assignments, checklists, reminders and closing photos. Property managers can calculate commissions, issue monthly owner statements and give owners their own logins. The app is available on iOS and Android, and the cleaning schedule can be used in a browser. Subscription pricing starts at €15 a month for the first property and changes with property count; annual billing gives two months free. PriceLabs is separate. An optional property website costs 299.00 EUR once. A 14-day trial is available; a card is required at signup, with no charge during signup and no commitment.
