In their own words
Odigo
Odigo is a contact center platform for managing customer interactions across voice, email, chat, SMS/RCS, social networks and video. Its Odigo Essential offer brings voice, email, chat, social networks and SMS into one application, with a view of interaction history. The wider platform includes an outbound dialer, IVR, call recording and supervisor tools, along with conversational and generative AI, sentiment and linguistic analysis, automation, and agent assistance. Packaged CRM integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Pega; cloud APIs connect CRM, ERP, UCaaS and workforce optimization tools. Odigo describes encryption, authentication and access segmentation, and says its sovereign cloud hosts customer data exclusively in Europe. It states compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, HDS and RGPD requirements. Essential is presented for organizations with 5 to 500 consultants; the broader platform targets deployments from 5 to more than 50,000 users. A two-week Essential trial includes two agents, one supervisor and one administrator, plus voice, email, reporting and supervision. Listed annual plans start at €40/user/mo.
