In their own words
Oliva
Oliva is a company-focused platform for therapy, professional coaching, and manager support. Its three offerings are Oliva Support for mental wellbeing, Oliva Grow for one-to-one coaching, and Oliva Teams for group coaching. Companies can offer support to the whole workforce or selected groups, with sessions as needed. Tailored care pathways aim to direct people to suitable support, including AI-supported care between sessions for low-severity cases. The platform also offers customized workshops, self-guided content such as meditations, sleep sounds, and yoga, and aggregated, anonymised insights into shared challenges and skill gaps. Oliva says sessions use end-to-end encryption and can be automatically summarized. Its helplines cover more than 100 countries and 23 topics. The service is available on Android, iOS, and web. The listed Oliva toolbox costs €5 a month, billed at €5 per person per month, with an extra session fee of €65. Oliva says there are no fixed contracts and customers can leave with 30 days’ notice.
OpenUp
OpenUp provides workplace mental well-being support for employees, managers, family members and organisations. It brings together psychologists, lifestyle experts, financial coaches, nutritionists and medical doctors, alongside group sessions and self-guided learning. Employees covered by an employer partnership can book unlimited sessions without approval, with appointments available within 48 hours; coaching is offered in 45 languages. A roughly 10-minute Vitality Check gives users personalised recommendations and employers anonymised organisational insights. OpenUp says managers and HR cannot see who uses the service or what they discuss. Its AI coach helps users reflect and choose next steps, but does not diagnose or provide clinical advice; a human escalation pathway is available at any time for acute distress signals. The service is available on web, Android and iOS. People without employer access can book a free first session, then buy a three-session card for €249, paid once, with 25-minute online sessions. Employer partnership pricing is on request.
