Omni HR Payroll
Omni HR Payroll handles payroll for teams operating across Southeast Asia and APAC. It imports hours and employee changes, calculates pay, flags large changes for approval, and can schedule automatic pay runs. Off-cycle and one-off runs are also supported. Payroll draws on Omni HR data, allowing hours, leave, and new-hire information to flow in without re-entry. The payroll page lists Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hong Kong; the calculator also names Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Omni says the product calculates and files statutory items including CPF, SDL, IR8A, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB, with local rules updated as they change. Employees can access payslips, and payroll can generate market-formatted bank and GIRO files and support local-currency payments. It runs in modern browsers without installation and is listed for Android, iOS, web, and API access. Pricing starts at $2/mo, with a free 7-day trial and no free plan.
