Onclusive Social is a web-based listening platform for marketing, PR and communications teams tracking brand conversations. It monitors Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn, and lists 24 months of historical data, unlimited searches and no setup. AI Sense analyzes sentiment and produces real-time insights; its In Brief feature summarizes social content. Sentinel can alert users to increases in negative sentiment, keywords, topics or hashtags. The platform also tracks competitor activity, industry trends and influencers, and can identify influencers and detractors by geography, reach, engagement and brand affinity. Onclusive Social sits within the Onclusive Unified Platform alongside Onclusive Monitor, Contact and Analytics. Pricing is available on request. Basic support is included, while service terms describe availability around the clock subject to exceptions. Archive length depends on subscription: basic subscriptions specify up to one year and pro subscriptions up to five years. Historical search may be an optional service with additional fees.
