In their own words

OneAdvanced Scribe

OneAdvanced Scribe is a web-based clinical note tool for primary care. It captures GP consultations through a computer microphone or VOIP telephone line, covering in-person, telephone and video appointments. Its AI turns the conversation into structured, editable notes, extracting symptoms, medications and plans for clinician review and sign-off. Scribe integrates with Online GP Consultation (Patchs), and reviewed notes can be sent to an EPR through one-click synchronisation. Without a Patchs licence, clinicians can copy notes manually into a chosen EPR. Vision 3 integration is described as coming soon. The product is identified as a Class I medical device. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, raw audio is deleted after the summary and transcript reach the EPR, and a time-stamped audit log preserves the unedited transcript and clinician edits. OneAdvanced says it may save up to three minutes per consultation. Pricing is on request.

Transcribe Health

Transcribe Health is an ambient AI medical scribe that drafts visit notes for care-team review and clinician signature, for in-person and telehealth visits. It produces structured SOAP drafts and provides SOAP and free-text templates. Its evidence assistant answers clinical questions using published guidelines, links cited sources, and scores source reliability. Notes can pass through drafting, refinement, and clinician sign-off, with edits logged and comments and @mentions available in notes. Listed EHR integrations include Epic, OSCAR, and Cerner, alongside an API and webhooks. Telehealth capture is listed for Zoom, Teams, and Meet via screen share. The maker says data is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256 and stored on Canadian infrastructure. Free includes 30 encounters per month, up to 90 transcription minutes, 1 GB storage, and up to three team members. Paid plans start at $56/mo billed annually, and a 14-day trial is offered. It is a documentation assistant, not an EMR, EHR, or system of record; providers must transfer finalized outputs into their certified EMR.
