Secured Signing

Secured Signing is a cloud-based service for digital signatures, video signing, and remote online notarization. It supports signing alone or with others, assigning signing order, batch signing, witnessing, reminders, and editing a process after sending. Video Signing enables signatures during live video calls to verify identities and prevent later document changes. Invitees can sign without paying or creating accounts. The REST API uses JSON and supports API key or OAuth2 authentication; a.NET/C# client SDK and webhook callback are also available. Listed integrations include Bullhorn, Tracker, Duo, Okta, Active Directory Federation Services, and Microsoft Entra ID. Security details include encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and ISO/IEC 27001 certification. The service states alignment with ESIGN and UETA requirements in North America and eIDAS compliance in Europe. The free account allows three documents per month without a credit card. Notary Business Annual Plan costs $430 billed annually and includes 600 document uploads, with uploads up to 50 MB. Platforms listed are Android, API, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows.
