In their own words
Onna
Onna is a paid data collection and management platform for eDiscovery. It centralizes collaboration data in a searchable, defensible environment for preservation, targeted collection, searching, and export to downstream review tools. The platform advertises more than 29 no-code connectors, including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Atlassian, Dropbox, Salesforce, and Zendesk, plus sources such as Teams, Box, SharePoint, Jira, GitHub, Miro, Quip, custom internal systems, and unsupported SaaS applications. Collections can run once or continuously, with most connectors pulling new or changed content automatically. Real-time indexing supports searches within minutes using custodian, channel, date, keyword, and file-type filters. In-place preservation can prevent deletion or modification while keeping an audit trail. Exports to Logikcull and Reveal retain conversation context and threading. Onna supports API, self-hosted, and web access, hybrid environments, vendor-cloud deployment, AES-256 encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and standard support.
RedactLaw
RedactLaw is an AI-powered document redaction platform made for law firms. It detects personal information and HIPAA identifiers, applies context-aware recognition, and assigns confidence scores to help users review proposed redactions. Reviewers can compare a detection with the original, approve or reject items individually, or handle flagged items in bulk. The product says it removes underlying data permanently and clears metadata and hidden layers from redacted files. It accepts PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files, including scanned documents through OCR, and produces redacted PDFs. Templates cover medical records, court filings, FOIA responses, financial discovery, employment records, and immigration files. Redaction decisions, users, and timestamps appear in an audit trail, with PDF and CSV exports. RedactLaw is available on the web, by API, and as self-hosted software. The free plan allows five documents a month, up to ten pages each, for one user; paid plans start at $39 a month.
