In their own words

OnSIP

OnSIP is a business phone system with multiple business numbers, an auto attendant, custom call routing, and voicemail transcription. It provides desktop and mobile apps as well as a browser softphone, available in Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. Apps are listed for Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android. The free plan supports up to 100 users and unlimited extensions, and includes Zendesk, HubSpot, and Odoo integrations. Free SIP accounts cannot dial regular phone numbers; paid plans offer a SIP-to-PSTN gateway. Paid plans start at $18.95/user/mo, and a 30-day trial is listed. Month-to-month contracts are available, with payment based on users and features. A SIP address can have active registrations on up to 10 devices. Softphone apps provide end-to-end encryption, and encryption is also available for desk phones. When both parties use the OnSIP app, professional call-link media is encrypted using DTLS SRTP. The Admin Portal supports setup, real-time feature edits, payment and contact management, and invoices.

PBXware is a software PBX that brings voice, video, contact center features and meetings into one platform. Listed phone capabilities include multiple business numbers, an auto attendant, custom call routing and voicemail transcription. Communications features include audio conferencing, instant messaging, video calls, fax, presence, screen pop and screen sharing. The product is offered in Multi-Tenant, Business and Contact Center editions, with hosted and on-premise deployment. Multi-Tenant Edition lets operators manage multiple customers from one installation and add users or services as needed. The Contact Center solution supports voice, SMS, email, live chat, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Named CRM integrations include Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. The developer portal describes a REST API, real-time event publisher, SDKs and ARI applications. PBXware is listed for web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, as well as self-hosted use. Bicom Systems says the software supports most IP phones, automated provisioning, busy lamp field and hot desking, and includes call encryption. The plans page lists Core, CX Lite and CX Pro but does not state their prices; pricing is on request. The maker says it launched PBXware in September 2004.
