vHours
vHours is volunteer management software for scheduling, service-hour tracking, reporting, and disaster response operations. Scheduling includes recurring shifts, capacity limits, waitlists, self-scheduling, group registration, and opportunity feeds. Volunteers can check in at a kiosk or by mobile; administrators can enter hours with an audit trail and export grant-ready reports. The included iOS and Android apps support shift browsing, signup, check-in, service history, waiver re-signing, and push notifications. Disaster response features include offline Volunteer Reception Center operations, driver's license barcode scanning, badge printing, FEMA reporting, IVR check-in, and ICS integration. Listed integrations include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Checkr, AuthentiGate, Gateway CMS, PantryWorx, ScheduleVITA, and AssistIQ. API access is included on Agency and Enterprise plans. Starter costs $49 a month and covers up to 250 active volunteers with unlimited admins. A 14-day trial requires no credit card. After cancellation, accounts remain read-only for 90 days for data export before deletion.
