Operalytix Recruiting Interview Scheduling Bot

Operalytix Recruiting Interview Scheduling Bot coordinates panel interviews from a candidate’s availability message. It reads interview-loop structures from Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday, checks interviewer calendars with preparation buffers and time-zone settings, and sends three proposed slot sets by SMS or email. A candidate can choose one set and book all rounds at once. The bot can reserve rooms through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Robin, or Envoy, order lunch through DoorDash for Business or Sharebite, and provide visitor-pass or parking information. It can send interview-preparation packets to panelists 24 hours before an interview. If an interviewer drops out, it can suggest a backup, rebook the round, update the day’s schedule, and notify the candidate. Operalytix offers a free scheduling call and a pilot without a card. Pricing is paid and quoted in writing within two business days after an architecture review.

Vaansa

Vaansa is restaurant software with forecasts for sales, covers or orders, inventory, and staffing. It bases demand estimates on a restaurant’s daily sales history and shows a confidence band; when the history is thin, it presents uncertainty rather than a falsely precise forecast. Forecasted covers connect through recipes and bills of materials to produce ingredient reorder quantities. The venue’s peak-hours profile informs suggested staff counts per shift. Vaansa lists Android, web, and Windows platforms, and supports markets including Nepal, India, the UAE, Bangladesh, the USA, and Mexico. The Starter plan includes POS, KDS, reservations, rooms, and five basic analytics reports for up to five staff accounts. Owner includes unlimited staff, inventory and supplier tools, purchase orders, goods received notes, an accounts payable ledger, menu engineering, demand forecasting, and ten analytics reports with Excel export. The full Owner plan is available for a 14-day trial without a credit card. Group is for operators with three or more outlets or franchise operators; it includes API access and integrations, with custom pricing. Vaansa says core POS operations handle brief connectivity drops, while full offline mode remains on the roadmap.
