Oracle Community Self Service
Oracle Community Self Service adds customer discussions and peer knowledge sharing to Oracle Service Cloud support. Customers can post questions, comments, and answers organized alongside knowledge base answers and incidents. Community material can appear with official knowledge in search results, on the home page and results page, and in Knowledge Advanced SmartAssistant. Community reports show knowledge managers what customers ask about and which content areas receive the most views and highest ratings. The product is managed through the Oracle Service Cloud agent console and delivered via Customer Portal pages and widgets. Oracle describes a responsive mobile experience and customer experiences in 33 languages across multiple touchpoints. It is aimed at organizations embedding a customer community in cross-channel customer service. The listed platforms are Android, iOS, and web, and pricing is available on request.
