Orange CRM
Orange CRM is a paid workspace for pharmaceutical commercial operations and field forces, available on Android, iOS, and the web. It supports territory setup, representative assignments, user roles, and organizational reporting hierarchies. Managers can review daily call reports in an exception queue and approve them with one click. Daily, weekly, and quarterly plans can be approved, while expenses follow multi-level approval with receipt audits and SAP routing after approval. Dashboards report coverage, productivity, product performance, and expenses by representative, territory, zone, and time window. Managers can ask plain-English questions about team data and receive a chart, underlying rows, and a suggested follow-up. Other tools include product signals, competitor intelligence, territory gap analysis, and rep coaching signals. The connected FieldRep app is an offline-first PWA that syncs captured reports when connectivity returns. Orange states that regulated tables keep append-only change records, traffic and customer data are encrypted, and it is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO/IEC 27001 certified. Pricing is agreed with each company based on field-force size and selected modules.
