Orbis Salon
Orbis Salon is booking and business-management software for salons, clinics, therapists, and other appointment-led businesses. It brings together websites, multi-service booking, customer accounts, payments, forms, treatment records, photos, and reporting. Core and Pro include a bespoke multi-page website on the customer's domain and a portal where customers can manage accounts, appointments, forms, and saved payment methods. Orbis Salon Manager is available through app stores and as a Mac download, with browser access also available. Website integrations include booking systems, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace. Payments can be processed through Orbis Pay, Stripe Connect, or another supported provider; Orbis says it does not store raw card security codes. Lite costs £4.99 a month and includes one staff member, one location, 30 bookings per month, and a 50p booking service fee per booking. Core costs £9.99 a month, Pro £14.99 a month, and Clinic £19.99 a month. SMS reminders are pay-as-you-go, and Orbis does not run HMRC payroll.

Tilavon is nail salon POS and management software built for salons, nail bars and spas in the United States. The POS tracks services and products and supports split payments, tips and discounts. Clients can book online, and a walk-in queue rotates clients among available technicians. Staff features track commissions and tips; employees can view schedules, earnings, client notes and queue position in the app. Marketing tools include automated SMS and email, reminders, and QR-enrolled loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The POS, owner dashboard, appointment booking, employee app and client booking support English, Vietnamese, Spanish and Chinese. Listed integrations include Helcim, Stripe Terminal, QuickBooks, Google Reviews, Twilio, SendGrid, Meta/Instagram, Google Calendar and iCal/Apple Calendar. The maker says stored data is encrypted with AES-256 and data in transit with TLS 1.3. Customers can export client records, transaction history and reports in CSV without a fee. It is available on Android, iOS and web. Boutique costs $19/month for up to five employees; Pro is $39/month for up to 20 employees; Elite is $89/month for up to three locations.
