Stoodio
Stoodio is studio management software for photographers, videographers, and studio owners. It brings bookings, project tracking, client records, scheduling, and finance tools together. Clients can self-book through a public booking portal, and the free plan includes unlimited bookings. Project status updates follow work from shoots through editing to delivery. Client and project records keep client, contract, and project details together, while scheduling includes a studio calendar and automatic reminders. Finance tools cover expenses, payment tracking, and professional invoices. Stoodio is a Progressive Web App installable on iOS and Android; installation instructions are also listed for macOS Chrome and Windows Edge. The free plan includes booking, CRM, finance, calendar availability, and schedule management. Two one-time add-ons are listed: Team Collab Unlock costs 99 PHP as a one-time purchase and adds team roles and booking coordination; Gears Unlock costs 99 PHP as a one-time purchase and adds equipment organization and rental and availability tracking.
