In their own words
Orchidea
Orchidea is an innovation platform for organizations to collect, develop, evaluate and manage ideas with AI-powered tools. Teams can run guided workshops, time-limited topic campaigns, or ongoing channels for a team, site, product or service. A discussion feed with comments, reactions, @mentions and hashtags supports idea development, while analytics and reports offer insight into the innovation process. Native Android and iOS apps let users create and comment on proposals, take pictures and save drafts; the platform is also available on the web. Single sign-on supports ADFS, Entra ID, Google, Okta and custom identity providers. SCIM can synchronize user profiles and status with Entra ID, Okta or a custom provider. Orchidea says customer content is hosted in the EU, with a US hosting option for Enterprise, and that customer data is not used to train AI models. The Free plan allows up to 15 members. Challenge costs $695 per month, includes five facilitators and has a three-month minimum subscription. Professional costs $1,065 per month with an annual billing cycle. Enterprise pricing is on request.

Feedback boards can be public or private, allow anonymous ideas and votes, and use custom workflows and voting limits. Listed integrations include Jira, Confluence, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Azure DevOps, Zoho CRM, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store. Live chat can connect with messaging services including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. A RESTful API supports custom integrations and app development. Deployment options are cloud or self-hosted/on-premise, with the latter installed on the customer’s server. The Enterprise Cloud Support Suite costs $49 a month, billed per agent per month. The On Premise Support Solution costs $120 a month, billed per agent per month and paid annually, with a five-agent minimum. A 14-day trial is available; no free plan is listed.
