APIs support lead loading from an external webpage and basic administration and agent functions. OSDial can scale from a few agents to several hundred, with a sizing guide for deployments up to 480 seats. Version 4.0 is under development as a hosted solution; downloadable legacy version 3.0 remains available. Its installer erases the target drive and installs a CentOS-based operating system. There are no license fees or required support hours, but OSDial Cluster, SQL Cluster, Multi-tenant, Archive, and E-mail Template modules are non-free. Platforms include API, Linux, self-hosted, and web.
