In their own words
Outfield
Outfield is a mobile and web CRM for field and inside teams managing activity, reporting, coaching, and performance. It can operate on its own or alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and NetSuite. Field sales tools include account management, GPS activity mapping, prospecting, route optimization, territory management, and deal pipelines. Teams can track goals and performance, run sales competitions, use leaderboards, and recognize achievements. Outfield says its mobile apps support field sales features offline. It advertises integrations with more than 5,000 applications, including QuickBooks, Stripe, Xero, Slack, Twilio, Gmail, Google Calendar, Asana, Salesforce, and Google Sheets. Security controls include configurable user permissions, organization separation, sign-in by email and password, and optional or organization-required multi-factor authentication. The company lists a 30-day trial, but no free plan; pricing is available on request. Custom enterprise plans can include independent databases, white labeling, and add-ons, with onboarding assistance available. Outfield was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
RepMove
RepMove is a B2B outside sales management platform with mobile and web apps for organizations that sell in the field. It can serve as a standalone CRM or as an outside sales execution layer alongside an existing CRM or ERP. Features include territory, deal, and pipeline management; typed and voice-to-text notes; AI-powered follow-ups; account creation; business-card scanning; and route optimization. Users can plan multi-stop routes, change stops during the day, and optimize the order again. Its iOS and Android apps support follow-up tasks, expense reports, purchase orders, email, call reporting, document storage, and offline access. Native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Point of Rental, Texada, and VitalEdge; thousands more are available through Zapier. An open API supports complex multi-platform integration needs. RepMove states that it is HIPAA compliant and offers territory- or individual-based permissions and roles that limit data access. The full platform is available in a seven-day trial without a credit card or feature restrictions. Monthly plans start at $19.99 a month.
