In their own words
Pacific Timesheet Time Off
Pacific Timesheet Time Off automates employee leave requests and approvals, accruals, and balance management. Employees can submit requests, check balances and accruals, follow request status, and review balance history. Accrual rules can account for service-year tiers, caps, rollovers, and calendar, fiscal, anniversary, or other periods. The system forecasts future balances and validates requests against available balances and configured rules. Notices and reminders prompt supervisors to approve or reject requests, with late notices for backup approvers. Approved leave and scheduled holidays can be added to timesheets as half days, full days, or date ranges. The product page states compliance with SOX and state and federal regulations and says it provides audit-ready records. Pacific Timesheet says its cloud solutions are SSAE 16 and SOC 2 compliant and offer 99.9% system availability. Integration services cover ERP, payroll, accounting, HR, identity management, SAML 2.0, LDAP, and Active Directory. Its mobile app supports leave tracking and requests on iOS and Android. A self-hosted web version can run in a customer's data center on Windows or Linux and provides a published API. Pricing is on request, and a 30-day trial is available.
