In their own words

Pactos

Pactos is B2B software for managing external staffing providers and workforce processes, from staffing requests through records, approvals, compliance and billing. It is designed for companies using staff leasing and the providers that serve them. Its four product lines are Vendor Intelligence, Workforce Intelligence, Compliance Intelligence and Tender Intelligence. Paco AI can parse CVs, match candidates or providers, help check invoices and suggest actions, while people make decisions. Tender Intelligence matches tenders with more than 5,000 staffing providers as a supported service, not a marketplace. Pactos connects ERP, HR, time-management, staffing-provider and user-directory systems through interfaces or scheduled files, with data flows defined for each process; its FAQ describes REST API and file-based ERP and HR interfaces. Pactos says it is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, processes data under GDPR, and hosts its platform and AI processing in EU data centers on Google Cloud Platform. Prices are quoted based on volume, modules and connected entities; no fixed figures are published, and Vendor Intelligence has a monthly minimum.
