Smokeball
Smokeball is legal practice management software for Australian firms, covering matter management, documents, email, calendars, workflows, time tracking, billing and trust accounting. It is available on Android, iOS, web and Windows, with a free trial but no free plan. Plans are priced per user monthly and exclude GST: Bill is $59 a month, Boost is $129 a month, and Grow is $249 a month; Prosper+ uses custom pricing. Bill includes invoicing, time and expense tracking, online payments, trust accounting and reporting. Boost adds client and matter management, tasks, calendars, Microsoft 365 integrations and a client portal. Grow adds practice templates, calculators, document automation and email management. Prosper+ adds firm insights, lead management, custom workflows and profitability reporting. Archie AI summarizes matters, identifies inconsistencies, drafts correspondence and legal documents, and researches legal questions in context. AutoTime tracks activity for billing and insights. Three-way reconciliation, individual trust ledgers, bank reconciliation and compliance reports are supported.
