Papermark
Papermark is a SaaS platform for secure document sharing and virtual data rooms. It combines file and folder permissions, allow and block lists, dynamic watermarks, download controls, and NDA gating with page-by-page analytics showing which pages were viewed and for how long. Its listed document tools also include audit trails, a Q&A workspace, and e-signatures. Workflow integrations include services such as Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, Notion, and Google Chat. Developers can use a REST API, command-line interface, and MCP server for documents, links, data rooms, visitors, and analytics. Papermark says stored documents use AES-256 encryption and data in transit uses TLS 1.2; it also states that it is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified. Papermark Cloud is hosted in the EU by default, with US data residency available on Enterprise plans. The core product is open source, but production or commercial self-hosting requires an Enterprise license. Free includes 50 links and 50 documents; Pro costs $24 a month and includes 100 documents.
