The Basic tier allows up to three data sources; other Surface tiers list up to 10 or unlimited sources, with differing administrator and contributor limits and service options. Paradigm AI provides guidance on workplace practices, leadership strategies, and workforce trends. The maker says customer data is not used to train public AI models. Reach offers more than 100 courses, microlearnings, and resources, with multilingual support and learning analytics. It can be delivered through Paradigm’s LMS or by SCORM upload to a customer’s own LMS. Paradigm also offers consulting, assessments, policy reviews, workshops, and training.
