In their own words
ParcelTracking
ParcelTracking combines package tracking across more than 3,000 carriers in a unified timeline. It says it can identify a carrier from a tracking number and display scans and live position updates as new scans arrive. Delivery estimates use carrier history, transit patterns and recent scans to provide an arrival window and confidence score. Users can opt into email or push alerts for events such as out-for-delivery, near arrival or delays. The dashboard includes shipment search, parcel renaming, a delivery calendar, carrier-mix analytics and alerts. Gmail and Outlook connections can locate shipping emails; detected parcels await review before selected shipments are imported. The service describes inbox access as read-only and says scanning stops when disconnected. A Chrome side panel tracks parcels and carries them into the dashboard after sign-in. Shopify tools support branded store tracking and bringing fulfilled orders into the parcel list. Developers can use a tracking API with signed webhooks or an embeddable widget. Personal tracking is free forever and requires no card. The service lists web, iOS, Android, extension and API access.
Route Track
Route Track gives merchants branded order tracking across email, SMS, the web, and the Route app. Automated messages cover eight points from order confirmation through delivery, and tracking pages can use a merchant’s logo, colors, and messaging. Route connects to more than 1,100 carriers worldwide, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Its API covers orders, shipments, tracking, protection, and resolution workflows; listed commerce integrations include Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, WooCommerce, and Adobe Commerce Cloud. Personalized product recommendations draw on buyer profiles and order history, but are available only to Shopify and BigCommerce merchants on Pro or Custom plans. The Standard plan is free, billed $0/month, and lists the full platform, custom configuration, consumer-funded pricing, and no monthly or hidden fees. A shopper app for iOS and Android supports visual tracking, package protection, returns, and exchanges. Route states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliant.
