ParishSOFT provides church management software and related tools for Catholic parishes, dioceses, schools, and ministry organizations in the United States and Canada. Families manages household and member details, sacramental records, communications, and reporting. Accounting supports budgets, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting; the maker describes it as GAAP compliant. Giving handles online and recurring donations, reports, payment forms, and contribution and pledge tracking. Family Suite also supports religious education and ministry scheduling, and connects with several ParishSOFT products. MinistryOne offers digital giving, media, event management, prayer requests, group messaging, and push notifications. The listed platforms include web, Android, iOS, and an API. Pricing for the main products is on request. RosterThat
RosterThat is a web service for managing volunteer rosters and signups for churches, camps, sports teams, booster clubs, and community groups. Organizers can create recurring rosters and season schedules with dates, times, locations, and roles, then use auto-fill to assign people to open slots through a fair rotation. Public signup sheets let volunteers claim available spots from a shared link without an account. Volunteers can request shift swaps for teammates to accept and an organizer to approve. Pro and Team send scheduled volunteers an automatic email reminder the evening before their date, in the organization’s timezone. Organizers can import members by CSV and export rosters as PDF or Excel files. The Free plan allows one admin member, up to 20 people, and two active rosters. Pro costs $5 a month and supports up to three admins and 50 people; Team costs $12 a month, with unlimited admins and people. Paid plans allow unlimited rosters. Organizers can mark sponsorship sheets and paid spots with a checkmark and note, but payments are handled separately.
