PayFit
PayFit combines payroll and human-resources management for businesses, with web, Android, iOS, and API access. Listed functions include employee records, leave and absence management, onboarding and offboarding, HR documents, performance management, project and time tracking, and expenses. For UK payroll, PayFit says its team prepares pay runs and submits RTI filings to HMRC for customer review and approval. Employees can request leave for manager approval, and approved leave flows into payroll; approved expenses are also added to payroll. PayFit AI answers payroll and HR questions, handles routine tasks, and flags anomalies and upcoming actions. Integrations cover accounting, HR, benefits, and payment tools, with an Open API for custom connections. The service is ISO 27001 certified, encrypts stored data, backs it up hourly, and replicates data across French data centres. Plans start at €16.00 per month plus a €49 fixed monthly fee; there is no free plan.
