In their own words
PBXDom
PBXDom turns call records from an existing phone system into analytics dashboards, 911 alerts, and call accounting. It is aimed at IT teams maintaining current systems, including legacy phone systems, rather than replacing a PBX. Dashboards can use more than 70 widgets and report on call volumes, missed calls, and extension activity. Call accounting estimates costs by extension and department, with reports for comparison against a carrier bill. A collector reads records over serial, IP, or file-based connections and sends them to PBXDom’s cloud. Listed phone-system brands include Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Panasonic, 3CX, and Asterisk/FreePBX. Alerts for a 911 call can use email, SMS, automated voice, Slack, and Zapier, with channels varying by plan. Plans start at $99 a month, billed monthly, and a 14-day trial is available. Retention ranges from one year on Basic to five or more years on Enterprise. Platforms listed include Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, web, API, and self-hosted.
