In their own words
TutorFlit
TutorFlit is web-based scheduling and invoicing software for independent tutors. It manages student profiles, one-off or recurring sessions, invoices, and payment tracking. Profiles can include a student's name, subject, hourly rate, contact information, progress, and notes. The service says it detects scheduling conflicts, and group sessions can include multiple students with per-student attendance tracking. Tutors can track earnings, mark sessions paid, and use Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App payment links on Starter. PDF invoices can be generated and emailed to parents; email invoice sending is listed on Professional. Students can receive email confirmations or confirm sessions with a one-click magic link without logging in. Calendar sync is listed, though no specific integration is named. Starter costs nothing and is limited to five students and five sessions monthly. Professional costs $7.99 a month with unlimited students and sessions; the yearly option costs $80 a year.
