Vetilog
Vetilog is online veterinary practice management software for records, appointments, vaccinations, billing and client access. Animal files can hold identifying details, consultations, vaccines, treatments, weight, documents and photos. Clients can book appointments through a website or portal, and the calendar supports configurable SMS and email reminders plus Google, Outlook and Apple calendar synchronization. Vaccination schedules can be set by species and breed, with reminders at D-14, D-7 and D-3 and ICS calendar files. Billing covers quotes, invoices, credit notes, online payments, accounting export and certified VAT anti-fraud software. The client portal provides animal and treatment history, booking management, invoice downloads and payment, and requests. Listed lab integrations import results from IDEXX, Zoetis and Fuji; an open API is also available. Vetilog says data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily and handled in compliance with GDPR. It runs on web, Android and iOS. The Discovery plan is free; paid plans start at $29 a month, excluding VAT.
