In their own words

PettyLogs

PettyLogs brings customer records, appointments, jobs, parts, payments, receipts, device history and cash bookkeeping together for repair and service businesses. Its Digital Cash Book logs daily transactions and receipts, tracks opening balances, income, expenses, bank deposits and transfers, and shows a live balance for each cash point. The free plan includes one branch and one local cash point. Paid modules add reporting, cash sales and repair workflows; Cash Sales requires Reporting, and Repairs requires Cash Sales, so enabling Repairs also enables both other modules. Repairs covers jobs, parts-to-order and warranty tracking. AI can suggest identifiers from device labels or VIN plates, which users must check before saving. Customers can use a free My Purchases account to view linked receipts, cash sales and repair jobs. Reporting exports a cash-book CSV formatted for Xero, though PettyLogs says it does not replace accounting software. PettyLogs runs on the web and is aimed at phone, electronics and appliance repair businesses, auto workshops and other service businesses.
