Pharma 360
Pharma 360 is a paid head-office and field-management system for pharmaceutical companies, with Android and web access. Its admin console controls employee roles, designation-based menus, master data, products, prices, territories, schemes, reporting, mobile settings, expense policies, announcements and campaigns. Medical representatives use the Sales Connect mobile app for routes, tour plans, Daily Call Reports, attendance, leave and expense claims. Managers can approve or reject tour plans and requests, track representatives and teams in real time, and review locations on a centralized map. Representatives can capture chemist or stockist orders with product and scheme details; distributor connections depend on required APIs or interfaces. Calls, DCRs and orders can be recorded offline and synchronized after reconnection. GPS fencing, IP controls and DCR-unlock permissions support access management, with change history for unlock requests. The system includes item pricing, reward programs, campaign tracking and 15 listed reports, while higher plans add some reports. Pricing is on request.
