Pocpod
Pocpod is a delivery workflow app for vehicle delivery businesses and vehicle recovery operators. Drivers can record proof of delivery with photos, signatures and timestamps, and document vehicle condition or damage at collection and delivery. They can attach photos to individual damage records and continue working offline, with data syncing when a connection returns. Office teams use the portal to view jobs and reports, create jobs and reassign work. Reports can be reviewed in the portal and sent to customers from the app; paid plans support report emails from a verified custom sender domain. The Android and iOS app works alongside a portal available in desktop and mobile browsers. The free Basic plan includes one user, 10 jobs per month, report generation, portal access and basic support. Premium costs £20 a month and includes multiple users, 200 jobs per month per user and technical support; each additional user costs £10 per month.
