In their own words
Poka
Poka is an industrial connected worker platform for standardizing work and sharing frontline knowledge across shifts. It provides digital work instructions, learning and development, forms and checklists, issue management, huddle boards, skills management, daily management, communications, and dashboards and analytics. Its Industrial AI offering is linked to AI Agents and AI Studio for connected factory work. The platform connects with ERP, MES, LMS and CMMS systems, while Poka Automate lists more than 1,000 pre-built app connections. An open RESTful API supports custom integrations, and its Data Lake streams operational data to Power BI, Tableau and Looker. Poka runs as SaaS on AWS, with TLS 1.2 encryption in transit and 256-bit AES at rest. It is available on iOS, Android and web, and states SOC 2 Type II compliance. Pricing is available on request.
Tango
Tango captures work processes and turns them into step-by-step walkthroughs and browser agents. Its browser extension records steps on websites and browser applications without code or flow builders. Walkthroughs can be shared by link, embedded in a website or knowledge base, copied as HTML, or exported as PDF. Guide Me displays step-by-step instructions and highlights where to click. The browser agent interacts with SaaS applications through their front-end interfaces using a Chrome or Edge extension, without API connections or bespoke integrations; Tango names HubSpot and Salesforce as supported examples. The service is cloud-based and does not offer on-premises deployment. Tango says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and that its AI providers may not retain or use customer data for model training or fine-tuning. Secure Blur and Live Blur help limit sensitive data collection, and editors can permanently redact details in images. A free plan includes five shared workflows and up to 10 users per workspace. Paid plans start at $15/user/mo (annual).
