PoolCarePRO
PoolCarePRO is a management application for pool service businesses and professionals, covering schedules, field work, customer records, and billing. Customer profiles can hold equipment details, service history, repairs, gate codes, and photos. Teams can schedule recurring services, manage routes and work orders, and track chemistry readings. Technicians can enter and track readings on mobile devices; the service says it works over a 4G connection without WiFi. Templates send automatic email or SMS notices when services are scheduled or completed, optionally including chemical results and treatments. Reports cover accounting, customers, services, work orders, and more, with export in various formats. The application creates invoices and monthly statements for mail or email. Online credit card processing through Authorize.Net and monthly invoice printing and mailing are add-ons available with any membership level. Administrators can assign feature access by user group. PoolCarePRO is cloud-based and accessible from internet-connected devices, with Android, iOS, and web listed. Paid monthly plans are PRO at $39.95 a month, PREMIUM at $49.95 a month, GOLD at $69.95 a month, and PLATINUM at $99.95 a month. It offers a 30-day trial without a required credit card.
