In their own words
Portrait Care
Portrait Care combines clinic software, services, and supply purchasing for medical and wellness practices. Its web platform includes EHR, scheduling, payments, charting, inventory, a patient CRM, online booking, reminders, and automated email and SMS campaigns. Patients can use the portal to access information, schedule appointments, and communicate with clinic teams. Clinics can track stock, automate ordering, and buy products from suppliers through Portrait. The company also describes access to a nationwide medical director network, Good Faith Exam workflows, clinic templates, ongoing medical support, and marketing services such as custom websites, SEO, ads, social content, and campaign automation. Launch help covers licensing, formation, branding, and setup, with coaching for expanding locations. Portrait names medical spas, weight loss clinics, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, IV hydration lounges, and functional medicine clinics as customers. The maker says core EHR access is complimentary at Bronze status and above, patient data can be exported at no cost, and clinics can remain independent without revenue sharing or long-term contracts. Paid service is listed from $99/mo; New Practice Setup is $1,499, paid once, and Pre-load is $2,000, paid once.
