Posh provides virtual receptionists that answer business calls, transfer callers, schedule appointments, capture leads, and take messages. Businesses can choose live receptionists, AI receptionists, or a mix; callers can be transferred to a live receptionist. Posh says live answering is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The app, available on Android, iOS, and the web, includes call availability settings, private calling and texting, message notifications, voicemail transcription, contacts, and assistance requests. Listed integrations include Zapier, Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar, Setmore, Rocket Matter, Clio, Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce; custom API connections can link with hundreds of other tools. Plans are billed monthly and priced by receptionist minutes, with per-minute charges beyond the allowance.
