In their own words

Postable

Postable is a web service that prints, addresses, stamps, and mails physical greeting cards. Customers can choose a design, customize photos, messages, and fonts, or upload an image. Contacts can submit their details through a personal link, or users can import CSV and Excel files or enter addresses manually. The online address book is free even without card purchases. Carbon Copy sends one message to multiple contacts and personalizes each card with the recipient's name. Users can schedule birthday cards for the year in advance and anniversary cards for a chosen date. Business features include contact imports, logo-branded cards, volume discounts, and a dedicated account representative. Postable says its cards are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Cards usually arrive in about a week, but delivery is not guaranteed; tracking shows locations and estimated dates, while USPS does not scan final delivery. Listed card rates are $5.99 plus stamp for one card, $5.29 each plus stamp for 2–19 cards, and $4.59 each plus stamp for 20 or more. The site also lists the paid service from $2.24.

Postalytics

Postalytics automates direct mail campaigns, from creating personalized mail to sending it and tracking delivery and responses. Its Direct Mail Editor lets teams design, proof, and organize templates for postcards and letters. Campaign dashboards use Intelligent Mail Barcode tracking for delivery, while personalized URLs and QR codes provide response tracking. Connected automation tools can trigger postcards or letters, and lists can be imported through integrations or file upload. Postalytics says it checks addresses against USPS databases. Its integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Canva, Figma, Zapier, Marketo, Zoho CRM, and Keap; API and webhook options are also available. Supported formats include several postcard sizes, bifold self-mailers, and letters. The service says customers can mail one piece or 100,000 without a minimum order. Plans include printing, addressing, postage, and mailing services, with USPS First Class and Standard Class options. The free plan has one user login and charges mail per piece. Paid plans start at $199 per month, with mail also charged per piece. Postalytics is available on the web and through an API.
