In their own words
PracticeEHR Chiropractic EHR
PracticeEHR Chiropractic EHR is a cloud-based EHR and practice-management platform for independent and growing U.S. medical practices. Its chiropractic tools include customizable macro-driven SOAP notes and templates for adjustments, exams, and progress documentation. Charting and insurance billing share a platform, and the AI Claim Editor flags errors before submission. A built-in CRM identifies patients who stop following care plans and supports recall campaigns; charts also offer an interactive 3D anatomical view alongside X-ray and MRI access. AI Scribe transcribes visits in 20+ languages, drafts notes, and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes for provider review. AI call agents handle calls for bookings, refill requests, and payment reminders, while TeleVisit provides video visits with real-time charting, billing, and secure-link reminders. The platform works in modern Mac or PC web browsers, with PracticeEHR Go on iOS and Android. EHR Essential costs $229 a month per provider. Plans include unlimited patients, live support, onboarding, and data migration; most implementations take about 6 to 8 weeks.
