In their own words
PrecisionOS
PrecisionOS is a VR and mobile training platform designed to help healthcare providers build skills before operating-room work. Its library spans hundreds of surgical skills and procedures across more than 27 specialized VR apps, with specialties including sports arthroscopy, shoulder and elbow, orthopedic trauma, spine, pediatrics, podiatry, and arthroplasty. Delphi, its AI mentor, recommends training opportunities and gives personalized feedback on accuracy and procedural flow. Learners can review transcript-based feedback and practice recommendations; institutions can access analytics and resident-program reporting. Institutional subscriptions include accreditation-aligned reporting on resident progress, simulation use, and training gaps for Clinical Competency Committee meetings. Collaborate mode enables voice communication among multiple users in a shared virtual operating room, though only some procedures support it. VR use requires a compatible Meta Quest headset; the pricing FAQ recommends Quest 3 or 3s. Membership also works with the mobile app, but only one VR session can be active at a time. Individual plans cost $199 a month or $1,999 a year, and neither includes a headset. A 5-day trial is listed.
Prisms
Prisms is a spatial learning platform for grades 6–12 math and science. Students work through physical, first-person experiences and then connect those experiences to symbolic notation. The curriculum contains more than 100 content and skill-building modules. A classroom package includes VR headsets, charging and storage equipment, and mobile device management software; listed headset support includes Oculus Quest 1. Teachers can watch activity in real time through casting or an event timeline and provide feedback during lessons. Prisms AI gives short written responses to math and science answers and classifies mastery for teachers, who can override the classifications. Released modules can be translated into Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Russian. The company says student data is not used to train third-party AI models and that sensitive or personally identifiable data is not sent to its AI. AI processing uses Anthropic models through AWS Bedrock and is described as FERPA- and COPPA-compliant. Support includes on-demand technical help and professional development with dedicated coaching. Partnerships use fixed license quantities and one-year initial terms unless an order form says otherwise.
